These terms apply to So‘z Top (com.omega.wordsearchuz) and other mobile games published under the name Makuno, operated by Mirmuhsin Sodiqov, an individual based in Uzbekistan (“we”, “us”).

By installing or playing our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Who may use our games

Our games are intended for people aged 13 and over. They are not directed to children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use them only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute a game or any part of it
• reverse engineer, decompile or modify a game, except where the law expressly allows it
• use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients or exploits, or interfere with normal play
• interfere with advertising, or artificially generate ad impressions or clicks
• use a game to break the law or to harm other people

All content in our games — code, artwork, sound, text, puzzles and word lists — belongs to us or our licensors and stays ours.

Advertising

Our games are free and paid for by advertising. By playing, you accept that advertisements will be shown, including optional ads you may choose to watch in exchange for a reward.

Ads are supplied by third parties. We do not control the content of every ad. If you see an ad that is inappropriate or broken, tell us and we will pass it on to the network responsible.

How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Coins, power-ups and other virtual items

• They exist only inside the game, and only as a limited licence to use a feature.
• We may change how they are earned, priced, or spent, and may adjust balances to fix errors, bugs or abuse.
• They may be lost if you uninstall the game, change device, or if we discontinue the game.
• They are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

Your game progress

Progress is tied to your device. There is no account, so we cannot recover progress if you change device, reset your device identifiers, or uninstall the game. We are not liable for lost progress.

Changes to the games and to these terms

We may update, change or stop offering a game or any of its features at any time, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ending your use

You may stop at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms — in particular by cheating or by manipulating advertising.

No warranty

Our games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will work on every device. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost progress or virtual items, or for anything arising from third-party advertising content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, it will be handled by the competent courts of Uzbekistan.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
